This is my first weighted vest ever and it's such an upgrade from carrying weights in a backpack. It's got a comfortable amount of padding yet not too thick/warm. I'm a female uk6 on top and the straps tighten just enough to be able to do push ups. Velcro feels very secure. So far, I've used it to climb stairs and do standard exercises like squats and push ups in Singapore's heat. 20kg leaves a good amount of room for me to grow into.
