This is my first weighted vest ever and it's such an upgrade from carrying weights in a backpack. It's got a comfortable amount of padding yet not too thick/warm. I'm a female uk6 on top and the straps tighten just enough to be able to do push ups. Velcro feels very secure. So far, I've used it to climb stairs and do standard exercises like squats and push ups in Singapore's heat. 20kg leaves a good amount of room for me to grow into.

Small and not bulky compared to regular vests out there and easier to do calisthenics skills such as muscle ups, handstand push ups and more.

It is easy to wear in and out without any inconvenience 💪loving the material as it is soft on my skins and does not cause any irritation

The vest its very comfortable as I have free range of motion around my arms and I will not feel any TIGHTNESS around my shoulders. Easy to use as it's not complicated to set up the strap attachments and can ADJUST to my own comfort

Definitely comfortable,not much strain on the shoulders and back as compared to when using a bag full of weights for any weighted movement
