I set muscle-up as my goal for 2024. Initially, I thought I could achieve it through self-training, but it didn’t work out at all. When I was about to give up on my goal, I came across Nic’s Instagram page and decided to reach out to him. The techniques he taught me were very different from what I had been doing during self-training, and I realized I was using the wrong approach altogether. This experience showed me how important it is to have an experienced coach. Training with Nic has been fun, and I was truly amazed to see a muscle-up in person. After three months of training, I finally achieved my first unassisted muscle-up. I highly recommend anyone interested in calisthenics to join the free trial class and get a feel for it.

Tried a calisthenics class for the first time and it did not disappoint. Nic has years of experience behind him, shared alot of his training experience and injury prevention tips which i tot was very insightful. Overall, very detailed explanation and each exercise were purposefully planned out.
